Intuitive Psychotherapy

Meaghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her Master's degree from the University of Buffalo School of Social Work. Starting in the non profit child welfare system for 10 years, Meaghan built and accredited WNY's first and only Adventure Therapy program for Residential youth. This program still successfully operates today. In 2020, Meaghan shifted in private practice, focusing on the gift of holistic nature based healing on a micro, 1:1 experience. She uses research informed treatment, holistic minded thinking and intuitive approaches to nurture a growth mind set with her clients. Meaghan believes the client already has everything they need for wellness- the work is getting the version of self with patience, compassion and courage to lead.

​Meaghan has traveled around the world and resourced many different approaches to healing including destinations traveled and lived including: Nepal, Hong Kong, Chile, Finland and Costa Rica. Meaghan lives in Buffalo, NY with her family.
